Comprehensive Training Materials: Participants will receive all necessary training materials, including presentation slides, handouts, lists of tools, tip sheets, and pre-built searches, to reinforce learning and application post-training.

Recorded Lectures for Future Reference: All lecture sessions will be recorded and provided to you for future reference and continuous learning. However, hands-on workshop content involving actual searches will not be recorded or distributed to respect individual privacy.

Schedule and support

Our training modules, each spanning 90 minutes, are carefully designed for maximum cognitive efficiency. We ensure each session is thorough yet concise, mindful of the participants' focus and time. Collaborating with your team, we will arrange these sessions at times that best fit your schedule.

To maximize the impact of our training, we offer two additional online sessions for your recruiting leadership:

  • Introductory Session: This session provides a high-level overview of the training series and outlines the benefits of an effective sourcing function.

  • Goal-Setting and KPIs Session: After completing the training, we conduct a session focused on goal-setting best practices and defining sourcing KPIs.

We offer continuous online support throughout the training series and thirty days after completing the last module. Our goal is to assist participants in effectively integrating their new skills into their daily work.
