If a referred candidate is terminated due to work habits, communication, or inappropriate interpersonal skills within set days of their employment start date, we will attempt to find a replacement candidate at no additional charge.     • Within two business days from the kick-off we deliver an initial candidate lead list to fine tune our calibration.
    • Based on the candidate calibration we complete an initial market research to set expectations about the available talent pool, this is usually completed within 2 to 3 business days.
    • We usually launch the second week of the search project with initiating a multi-channel reach out drip campaign, targeting the long list of candidates we identified .

    The timelines after this step are hard to predict as they greatly depend on the availability in the schedule of the candidates, interviewers and hiring managers. The complexity of the role's assessment and interview needs also impact the process time.
