  • Yes! We offer a 90-day guarantee on the candidates we deliver and you hire. If a referred candidate is terminated due to work habits, communication, or inappropriate interpersonal skills within set days of their employment start date, we will attempt to find a replacement candidate at no additional charge. If we cannot refer a candidate within 45 business days, the placement fee will be credited towards a future placement. We can provide more details about our guarantee terms in a discovery call.
